JAMES E. ADKINS
FOR
HERNANDO COUNTY COMMISSION DISTRICT 5, REPUBLICAN

Why would anyone want to be a Hernando County Commisssioner?

Because incoming Tax Revenue for Hernando County Government is at an all-time high.

Because government spending at the County level is out of control.

Because the current commissioners just don't get it. The taxpayers are fed up with high taxation.

*James Adkins wants to be the next County Commissioner for District 5 and will be on     the ballot in November 2008.

I will pledge to curb the spend-a-holic, shop-a-holic attitude of the current commissioners.
I will pledge to be a commissioner that serves the citizens, and watches the cash register.
I will pledge to be the citizens' voice.
I will pledge to find a way to lower taxes by reducing government spending.

I am running on a campaign of LOWER TAXES...LESS GOVERNMENT
    ...AND COMMON SENSE.

Ronald Reagan once said, "Status Quo is just a fancy latin phrase for LOOK AT THE BIG MESS WE'RE IN," and the Hernando Board of County Commissioners are in a big mess.

    Let's fix it together!

Please do what you can to support and elect a new voice in local politics James E. Adkins, Republican . Thanks.

*The current county commissioner in this seat is Chris Kingsley.
